TWO men have been charged with making threats to kill after they were arrested by armed police.
As previously reported, three men were arrested at Winchester Services on the M3 Northbound at approximately 3pm on Friday, April 26.

Unisa Salisu, 32, from Lewisham, south London, and Marlon Mahoi, 25, from Orpington, Bromley, Kent, have been charged with making threats to kill and threatening a witness.
According to a police spokesperson, they have been remanded in custody and will appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on May 29.
The third man, aged 30, has been bailed until July 26.
