BASSETT Alan (Ex BAT) Aged 78 years, of Romsey. Peacefully passed away at Countess Mountbatten House. On October 19th. "My beloved, precious husband Alan. The heart of my life for 60 years. Forever in my heart, never far from my thoughts And every memory cherished". All my love - Marge. "When you left, you broke our hearts A wound, so very hard to bear, And though we're now so far apart In our thoughts, you're always near. When you left, we felt such pain. Our hearts heavy and sad. "As your grandchildren We always knew and appreciated our special place in your heart.. You gave us wonderful childhood memories, full of love, joy and humour and feelings that will always be remembered. You were truly grand and we'll forever miss you".
