TIZZARD Patrick Passed away suddenly at home on 30th October 2012 aged 73 years. Much loved brother to Helen, brother-in-law to Tony, uncle to Adam, Elizabeth and James. We have been very close for a lifetime. ---------- Funeral service today, Friday 9th November at St Leonard's Church, Sherfield English at 2.00 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Naomi House, may be sent to A.H.
