WHEELER Mavis June Sadly passed away on Sunday 4th November 2012. Dearly missed by all her family. -------------------- Funeral service to be held at Romsey Abbey on Friday 16th November 2012 at 12.15 p.m. followed by cremation. Flowers or donations to 'Breast Cancer Care' may be sent to A H Cheater Funeral Directors, 122 The Hundred, Romsey, SO51 8BY. ---------- MUM Dad saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, So he put his arms around you and whispered 'come along with me'. With tearful eyes we watched you suffer and slowly fade away, Although we loved you dearly we would not make you stay. Your golden heart stopped beating and your hard working hands at rest, It has broken our hearts for you to go but know it’s for the best. It is lonely here without you, we miss you so each day, Our lives just aren't the same since you went away. When days are sad and lonely and everything goes wrong, 'cheer up and carry on' we hear you whisper in a song. Each time we see your picture, you seem to smile and say, 'don't cry, I’m with your dad now, we will meet again someday'. Tony, Christine, Sylvia, Martin, Stephen, Lyn, Gary, Derek and Lorraine. XX ---------- MUM-MUM/ GRANDMA When God saw you were tired and a cure was not to be, He put his arms around you and whispered 'come to me.' He didn't like what you went through and he gave you a rest, His garden must be beautiful because he only takes the best. And when he saw you sleeping, so peaceful and free from pain, We wouldn't wish you back to suffer that again. Today we say goodbye as you take your final rest, That garden must be beautiful because you are one of the best. Your life has become a loving memory; we know you will never be far. We know you are watching over us, as our life goes on. We will treasure the memories we have of you; we cannot believe you're gone. You were a loving, caring grandmother; you were there for us a lot, You will always hold a place in our hearts, a loving treasured spot.
