CRANE Barbara passed away on 1st October aged 89 years. Wife of the late Bill Crane. Loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral service at Romsey Abbey on Thursday 12th October at 11.30am followed by private cremation. Family flowers only but donations if desired to Romsey Abbey may be sent to A H Cheater Funeral Directors 122 The Hundred, Romsey SO51 8BY

I am so sorry to hear this news. A great friend of Mary and Steve Stevens my parents, who enjoyed wonderful times together in Romsey during my growing up years.
I have lovely memories of Barbara driving her MG soft top and looking so glamorous as she always was, and then later years in Salcombe where they spent many happy times in their holiday home and linking up with my parents. Such sad news but 'Bill' and Barbara will be in my hearts forever. God bless xxx
