LAMB Brooks Solicitors has welcomed two new members to its team.

Simon Arneaud and Louise Hayward are the latst peopel to join the firm based at Victoria House, in Winchester Street.

Top of Form Simon has joined the dispute resolution team as a solicitor specialising in contract disputes, negligence claims, debt matters, contentious probate and property disputes.

Louise is a paralegal assisting the commercial team with due diligence investigations and drafting commercial agreements.

Robert Finlayson, one of the managing partners, and head of the dispute resolution team at Lamb Brooks said: “Simon and Louise are a great addition to the firm.

“They both join with a wealth of experience from previous firms and are able to assist our clients straight away.”

Simon trained at a firm of solicitors in Poole before moving to a firm in Petersfield to specialise in dispute resolution.

He said: “It’s exciting to be working at a firm with such an established full-service team. I’ve already been made to feel very welcome, and look forward to meeting more of the clients and contacts I’ll be working with.”

Louise assists Alec Brooks who is head of the commercial services department and Simon Arthur who is a partner working in the commercial team.

She said “I previously worked as a legal assistant at a company of naval architects, so this is certainly different, but I’m enjoying the variety of projects I’ve been working on.”
