A LITIGATION expert has been welcomed back after rejoining a New Forest law firm.
Sally Carmichael, a former partner with Ellis Jones, specialises in property and company-based litigation and first joined the firm in 1988.
She left nine years later but returned as a consultant between 2009 and 2012, and the team is delighted to once again welcome her back.
Nigel Smith, Ellis Jones' managing partner, said: "Sally is one of the most experienced and respected property litigators on the local legal scene.
"We're very pleased to welcome her back to the firm again."
Outside work, Sally is a trustee of Poole art centre Lighthouse, as well as Poole Harbour Canoe Club CIO.
Lauren Day, head of Ellis Jones' dispute resolution department, said: "Having such a respected litigator join the team brings further strength and depth to our expanding department."
