A HOUSEBUILDER has had a custom-made light-up dolls' house made in replica of a show home at one of its developments.

David Wilson Homes' Mill Springs development is taking shape in Whitchuch and to mark this, it commissioned the building of the dolls' house which can be seen on display at The Dolls House shop, in High Street.

Michelle Storer, David Wilson Homes sales director, said: “We’re very proud of our new dolls’ house - just as we are of the real life versions at Mill Springs It was a pleasure to work with local tradespeople to get it made and it’s an honour to see it sitting pride of place at The Dolls House in Whitchurch.”

The company also sponsored the town's Christmas lights this year and the annual children's lantern parade, donating hi vis jackets to children taking part in the lantern parade to keep them safe in the dark.

Michelle added: “We’re keen to form relationships with schools, clubs, charities and organisations in-and-around Mill Springs, and we’ve started by sponsoring the beautiful Christmas lights now on display here."
