CANADIAN chain, the Second Cup Coffee Company is to open its first outlet in Southampton next month, creating up to 15 jobs.
It will be at 67 Above Bar Street and will have seating for 70 people, on two floors, inside and a patio for a further 30.
Second Cup was founded in 1975 in Toronto, Ontario, and over the past 43 years the company has expanded globally to more than countries and has 230 cafes operating internationally.
"We are truly proud to bring the premium Second Cup experience to Southampton and look forward to future announcements of more cafes for the south of England,” said Jim Ragas, the firm's president and CEO.
