A HUGE surge in sales since the start of the year has seen Hampshire housebuilder Bargate Homes sell more than 60 per cent of the properties it had available – the vast majority off plan.
At its Oakleigh Place development in Chandler’s Ford, a staggering 65 per cent of homes have been sold in just ten weeks, setting new records for the Fair Oak-based business.
Nine homes at Oakleigh Place, in Winchester Road, a development of 14 apartments, have been snapped up since January – all of them off plan.
Elsewhere, six of 14 Bargate homes at The Oaks in Four Marks have sold within the first month of launching and in Hambledon, the business’ flagship Old Brewery site has just three of the 28 homes left to sell.
Bargate builds homes across Hampshire and West Sussex.
