Hamptons International in Winchester is delighted to announce the launch of its Golden Ticket initiative. Lettings customers who partake in the Golden Ticket campaign and subsequently instruct Hamptons International will automatically receive a prize in the form of discounted lettings fees, reduced property management charges or waived tenancy agreement fees.

Fifteen of the agency’s branches across its regional network are involved in the Golden Ticket campaign which runs until May 2017.

Customers can participate by simply requesting a free lettings market appraisal and either presenting a Golden Ticket flyer or quoting the Golden Ticket campaign. Participation can also be sought by sending a postcard to their relevant involved branch requesting to participate in the Golden Ticket promotion.

The first 100 customers who partake in the Golden Ticket initiative and instruct Hamptons International on a sole agency basis will be provided with a sealed envelope which details their win. The ultimate Golden Ticket is 100% off lettings commission fees for one year, while others include 75%, 50% and 25% off lettings commission fees for the same duration. The remaining prizes include no additional charge for property management services for six months and fees for tenancy agreements for the first year waived.
