THE Brooks Shopping Centre will be the headline sponsor of Hat Fair, Winchester’s largest annual festival for the second year running.

Liz Marsden, The Brooks communications manager said: "Headline sponsorship is a fantastic way to support the vibrant Hat Fair festival and it ensures excellent coverage for the centre."

Hat Fair’s new director Andrew Loretto said: "It’s brilliant to join the festival knowing I will be working with sponsors such as The Brooks Shopping. Hat Fair needs sponsorship to help keep it free for everyone to enjoy. We are very grateful to The Brooks Shopping and all our sponsors."

The Brooks started its association with Hat Fair in 2015 as hosts of the inaugural Fringe Festival. "We really value the relationship we’ve built. Sponsorship of Hat Fair enables us engage with our community and customers in many new and exciting ways," said Liz.

Hat Fair is the UK’s longest-running outdoor arts festival, transforming the city each July. Over 60,000 visitors fill the streets every year to enjoy three days of free outdoor arts events. Hat Fair 2017 takes place from June 30 to July 2.

There are still opportunities to be a sponsor. Sponsors enjoy a range of profile-raising benefits on social media, online and in the 33,000 Hat Fair brochures. In true Hat Fair style, they are also thanked by Thank You man, a unique roving act.

Interested businesses should visit hatfair.co.uk/support-us or call 01962 844 600 ext 206. Options start at £250+VAT.

The full programme of events will be announced on May 20.
