Leonardo DiCaprio has celebrated his first-ever Foundation charity gala with a host of famous pals.

The Wolf Of Wall Street actor set up the Foundation to protect the planet's wildest places and the gala, held in St Tropez, raised more than 25 million dollars according to Us Weekly.

Stars who partied with Leo at the event included Jared Leto, Cara Delevingne and Selena Gomez, who danced together while Robin Thicke sang.

Marion Cotillard was another of the guests and Bono took to the stage with Julian Lennon to perform Stand By Me, with the U2 frontman then auctioning off his guitar for one million dollars.

Leo brought his girlfriend Toni Garrn to the party, and onlookers said he spent the evening making sure the model was enjoying herself.

The Foundation also drew in funds from the sale of a walk-on role in one of Leo's films, a Picasso painting and a Damien Hirst sculpture that went for more than six million dollars.
