Sgt Vicki Dennett

I have served as a police officer for 12 years. I have worked in a number of roles as a PC, I am currently the neighbourhood sergeant for Romsey and surrounding areas.

PC Claire Bates

I have been a police officer for almost 11 years and for the last 7 I have worked at Romsey. I am now part of the Neighbourhood Policing Team that looks after Romsey Town. Our aim to is reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, protect the most vulnerable and pursue prolific offenders who are impacting on our area.

I am PC 3672 Tristan Pugh, formerly the beat officer for the Calmore area in Totton, New Forest for 14 years, but since July 2016 I have been part of the Neighbourhoods Team here in Romsey with a focus on the Rural Romsey North area. Working with PC Vernon Gook, PCSO Storm Perrot and others from the Romsey Neighbourhoods Policing team. I aim to reduce demand by making life safer for you, your family and your community through partnership working and directed operations.

I am the beat officer for Romsey Town Ward which includes the following locations Romsey town, Tadburn, Woodley and Cupernham.

I am the beat officer for the Romsey Town ward, which covers the following locations, Woodley, Cupernham Tadburn and Romsey Town.

I am now part of the Neighbourhood Policing Team that looks after Romsey Town. Our aim to is reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, protect the most vulnerable and pursue prolific offenders who are impacting on our area.

PCSO Gemma Clark

I am a Police Community Support Officer based out of Romsey Police Station covering the Romsey Town ward. I have worked at Romsey Police Station now for nearly five years and enjoy working with all members of the communities listed above as I get to meet new and interesting people on a daily basis and everyday is different.

About this neighbourhood


Romsey Town beat is a market town that consists of shops, banks, hotels, restaurants and pubs and the residential wards of Cupernham, Halterworth, Woodley and Whitenap make up the surrounding beat area.
Romsey was home to the late Lord Mountbatten and lies on the River Test.

The beat is covered by the Romsey Neighbourhood Policing team, assisted by special constables who are passionate about reducing crime and ASB, protecting vulnerable people and targeting those who commit crime.
