Hampshire has been warned to brace itself today as a major 80 mile an hour storm descends on the county.
Weather experts have issued a yellow warning for the coutny.
They have also predicted even more rain to increase the nightmare of flooding already suffered by many parts of the county.
A spokesman warned the public to be aware of the risks.
He said: “The public should be prepared for the the risk of disruption to transport and possibly also power supplies.
"In addition, large waves are likely to affect some coasts.“ It comes as the military moved into Hampshire last night to help with the flood relief effort.
