GREEN-fingered growers are making sure their flowers and vegetables are in tip-top condition for King’s Somborne Horticultural Society’s annual show and fete.
The show takes place at the village hall on Saturday, July 26, from 2pm and is expected to attract dozens of entries from across King’s Somborne, Up Somborne, Little Somborne and Ashley.
Attractions at the fete includes children’s sports, Lockerley Silver Band, a plant stall and bouncy castle.
There will also be a companion dog show to be judged by Jean Lanning, who has judged best in show at Crufts. Entries for the dog show will be taken from 1.15pm and judging starts at 2pm.
