RECORD numbers of people flocked to a beer festival to enjoy a tipple in the sunshine.
Mottisfont Social Club's annual beer festival, which is now in its fifth year, saw up to 100 people attend the Oakley Road venue for a weekend of music, food and 'footstomping dance.'
Live bands Uncle Tom's Cobbleys and Bob Barry and Keith - aka BBK - provided the music whilst a hog roast was enjoyed by all with children eating for free.
Club secretary Peter Holmes said: "It's probably our most successful one yet. It's been a really great atmosphere and we had more than 80 people on Saturday."
The club had two guest ciders and ten guest ales on tap - coming from as far afield as Scotland and Paignton in Devon.
The three day festival was free for all to attend and is one of a number of events in the club's annual calendar.
