See the events ROMDAG have organised for dementia action week

SIR – Romsey Dementia Action Group (ROMDAG) has been busy organising a series of activities and events for Dementia Action Week 21st-25th May – a national initiative aiming to promote awareness, understanding and inclusion of people living with dementia. This year, we have a memory walk, information sessions, singing & music, an information stand at the Tuesday market, a drop-in session with the Alzhiemer’s Society, sporting memories (reminiscence) & the start of Greenbuttercup’s latest project exploring memories of Romsey. All activities are free to attend & we hope that there is something for everyone. Romsey is a dementia-friendly town & through Dementia Action Week we hope to maintain this wonderful title.
