AN ENTIRE living room set has been dumped as part of two large fly-tips in Chilworth.

Bosses at Test Valley Borough Council say they are looking into different tips along the same road in the area.

A two-seater sofa and two armchairs have been left in woodland off Roman Road in Chilworth.

It comes as the latest in an ever-growing string of fly-tipping incidents taking place around the borough.

As previously reported, MP Caroline Nokes has backed the council in their crackdown of fly-tippers.

It follows waste left at a cemetery, tyres dumped in North Baddesley and fridges in Houghton.

Test Valley Borough Council said: "Two large fly tips have recently taken place in Roman Road, Chilworth.

"If you witnessed these incidents taking place, or have any information, please contact the environmental service on 01264 368000. All calls will be treated in the strictest of confidence."
