ENVIRONMENT Agency officials say groundwater levels are "high" at King's Somborne, with cellar flooding possible.
They say this month's heavy rainfall is to blame for a rise in groundwater levels.
Levels are also reported to be "above average" at Hursley and still rising.
An agency spokesperson said: "If we receive average rainfall in February and March, it is likely that groundwater levels will continue to rise throughout these months.
"In most years, level peak in late March and April, but this is dependant on the rainfall we receive in the coming weeks."
