A FUEL thief has appeared in court to admit motoring offences and making off without payment.
Mark Hughes, 48, of Battery Hill, Bishop's Waltham, was charged following a police investigation into several incidents between December 2022 and February this year.
Hughes pleaded guilty today at Southampton Magistrates' Court to five counts of making off without payment from local petrol stations, five counts of driving whilst disqualified and five counts of driving whilst uninsured.
He was bailed to appear again next month for sentencing.
