A BISHOP'S Waltham man has been fined for speeding in Fair Oak.
Benjamin Wheeler, 37, of Eastways, admitted speeding on Winchester Road in Fair Oak, a court heard.
Wheeler was driving a 64-reg Vauxhall Vivaro when he was clocked at 37mph in the 30mph zone on September 20 2022.
Southampton Magistrates Court on Thursday August 17 fined him £233 and slapped three penalty points on his licence.
He must also pay court costs of £110 and a £93 surcharge by September 14.
A charge of driving with an expired licence was withdrawn.
