Stallholders also look forward to reaching out to those who have settled in the Winchester district.

Training opportunities, CV advice and information and support about the rise of the cost of living will also be on offer.

Cabinet member for business and culture Cllr Lucille Thompson said: “This fair is a great chance for local people who are thinking about changing jobs or those who are interested in entering the workplace, to come and meet potential employers and discover the opportunities that are available.

“There are few better places to work than in the Winchester district - it is home to a fantastic array of businesses, and we’re excited to be playing a part in matching them up with our residents.”
