THE case of a man accused of a sex attack in Bishop's Waltham has been postponed.
As previously reported, Keith Fielder, of Claylands Road, Bishop's Waltham, is alleged to have sexually assaulted a boy aged 15 and outraging public decency.
Fielder appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 1 and the case was sent to Winchester Crown Court.
The case was to be heard today, Monday, November 20. However, it has been postponed.
No new trial date has been given, but a case management hearing is scheduled to take place at the crown court on December 11.
It follows an incident in which a teenage boy was allegedly assaulted on December 9 on Winchester Road, near the pond.
