A WINCHESTER driver has been banned from the road for not having a licence or insurance.
Gert Mazrreku, of Shepherds Road, Winnall, was caught in Garnier Road, St Cross, on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in a Peugeot 308, a court heard.
Mazrreku, 31, pleaded guilty at Southampton Magistrates Court on Thursday, January 18.
As well as being banned for six months and getting six penalty points, Mazrreku must pay a fine of £923, victim surcharge of £369 and costs of £110. This has to be paid by February 15.
