Give them their due, the Lib Dems are very good at delivering newsletters throughout the town.

However, there is a fault in the latest letter for it states "Labour have NEVER won here". Does the election of 1945 not count?

I think that their candidate George Jeger polled 30,290 vs 27,259 for Gerald Palmer who represented the Conservatives. However, I would agree that Labour will have little chance this year.
