MUCKY Weekender has announced that it will be returning to Winchester in September.
The event will be back for an extended three-day music festival at Vicarage Farm in Woodmancott Lane, near Micheldever.
The festival’s fifth outing will feature five stages, featuring a range of music from dub, ska, reggae, and jungle, to house, disco, funk, breakbeat and everything in-between.
This year attendees will be able to join host Barry Ashworth and his band The Dub Pistols for an afternoon of tea and cake alongside Alice, the Queen of Hearts and the White Rabbit for this year’s theme; the Mad Hatter’s tea party.
Fancy dress is encouraged.

Barry said: “We’re bringing you the Mucky Mad Hatters Tea Party stage takeovers with the legendary Back To Basics crew Dave Beer, Ralph Lawson featuring Marshall Jefferson, teaming up with Irvine Welsh Jack Said What label, sprinkle a bit of Happy Mondays Bez and Rowetta and we’ve got one hell of a magical house party”
Acts which have been announced to appear include headliners Ska & Reggae 9-piece collective The Dualers, electronic dance music party starters Dutty Moonshine Big Band a 13-piece band with big brass and bass, and Drum and Bass royalty LTJ Bukem.

The festival will take place from September 5 to September 7.
