ONE application was withdrawn and all others were permitted by Winchester City Council planning officers this week. 

In Upham, Mr Owton withdrew an application for the relocation of existing approved barn to replace existing mobile home at Oaktree Farm, Sciviers Lane. 

In Bishop's Waltham, Mr Dorrington had an application permitted for replacement windows with black timber sash or fixed pane windows to ground and first floors to both west/south elevations (High Street and St Georges Square) and part east elevation (Houchin Street); removal of brick infill side panels and replacement with new brickwork to match original building; to Houchin Street, a casement window to be removed to form a new door opening for an internal bin store. This is at Lloyds Tsb Bank Plc, The Square. 

Mr and Mrs Ozzard can have a single storey rear and side extension; two-storey side extension; and replacement car port at Nelson Villa, Trampers Lane in Boarhunt. 

In Denmead, Ann Davies can have a painted board pole sign at Denmead Community Centre, School Lane. 

Darren Beddoe had an application permitted for a front porch at 34 Mill Road.

Mr Clarke's application was permitted for a staggered brickwork boundary wall at Pipers Ash, 2 Inhams Lane. 

In Shedfield, Matthew Wright can have a single storey rear extension to provide accessible bathroom at Courage, Winchester Road. 

Mr and Mrs Young, in Swanmore, had an application permitted for a replacement garden fence to side of 3 Edenwood Close. 

In Winchester, Philip Porter can have landscaping on front garden to provide better access to East Hill at 11 St Giles Close. 

Mika-John Southworth had an application permitted for a conversion of existing flats back to single dwelling, internal alterations including repositioning of existing openings at 16A St Peter Street. 

Alison Evans had an application permitted for reconfiguration to existing rainwater goods to prevent water ingress to building fabric, to include: re-laying central valley gutters to correct fall, adding three new downpipes, adding two overflow chute outlets, works to chimney pots and replacing one lead pipe. This is at 11 The Close. 

James Devas can have an additional half-width rear second storey and all associated works at 29 Stoney Lane. 

Kieran Molloy's application was permitted for a ground floor extension consisting of changing existing garage into new kitchen, utility and study, at 15 Sermon Road. 

Mr Degan's application was permitted for a ground floor internal reorganisation including a single storey rear extension, convert existing roof void including extend existing staircase within a new dormer window to the rear and conservation roof windows to the front, enlarge front area, and improve access into basement at 9 Western Road.
