FIREFIGHTERS put out a fire involving six tonnes of wood chippings near Broughton on Tuesday morning.
A Hampshire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said that the blaze in a storage pit was just off the A30 at Nine Mile Water.
Fire crews from Stockbridge and Andover tackled the outbreak. The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
