COUNCIL chiefs are urging locals to take-up the offer of free home insulation as temperatures plummet.
Householders have until March 31 to apply for free loft and cavity wall insulation.
“Insulate Hampshire” is also available to tenants who rent privately, providing they have their landlord’s permission. It is funded by ScottishPower and run by the county, city and district councils.
