A PIZZA franchise is to open a store in Romsey creating up to 35 new jobs.

Domino’s Pizza has been given planning permission to transform a former Italian restaurant at Dukes Mill into a new branch and work has already begun on fitting out the premises.

The company says it hopes to open its doors at the start of the summer.

A spokesperson for Domino’s said the new store would create 25 to 35 new jobs for local people and details of how to apply for these vacancies would be announced in the coming weeks.
