A MAN has died following a road collision in an Andover village.
The man in his 70s was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in Duck Street, Abbotts Ann, after his white Dacia Sandero, collided with a parked, unattended car.
The road was closed for around four hours after the incident, which took place at around 10.30am on Friday November 14.
Police have not yet named the man, but his next-of-kin have been informed.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who saw the collision or the white Dacia being driven around the Abbotts Ann area between 10.15am and 10.30am on Friday morning to come forward.
Hampshire Constabulary have thanked local residents and motorists for their patience and co-operation while investigations were being carried out, in particular the staff at Abbotts Ann Primary School Anyone with information should contact the Roads Policing Unit at Eastleigh on 101, quoting Operation Tetcott.
