A SKELETON has been discovered at a local landmark just outside Tidworth.
The remains were unearthered - possibly by a badger - at Sidbury Hill last weekend.
Police officers attended the Iron Age fort at 4pm on Sunday, 15 February and the bones are thought to be human.
As the partial skeleton was found by a burial mound and early indications suggest that they are of significant age they have been passed to local archaeologists for further testing.
More to follow.
