CRASH map data has revealed the most dangerous roads in Andover, based on the number of deaths over the last decade.
The statistics show that there were 49 fatal incidents between 2005 and 2013 in and around the town, with the A303 accounting for more than a third of these.
The roads involved were:
- A303 (21 entries)
- Andover Road A342 (three entries)
- Biddesden Lane
- Salisbury Road (three entries)
- B3084 in Grately
- Weyhill Road (three entries)
- Longstock Road
- Saxon Way (two entries)
- Newbury Road
- Churchill Way
- Romsey Road (A3057)
- A30 (Stockbridge)
- Walworth Road
- B3400 (four entries)
- A34 (four entries)
- London Road.
