Reader reports 'mini tornado' in Test Valley
A READER has sent in pictures of what he calls a 'mini tornado' in the borough today.
Carl Whitfield submitted this photo this afternoon.
He said: "On the way home to Broughton, I pulled over after spotting a mini-tornado over Wallop on the Salisbury Road.
"By the time I found somewhere to pull over the vortex had started to retract back up into the cloud."
