Two Test Valley dogs stolen and returned in suspicious circumstances
TWO dogs have been stolen and returned in suspicious circumstances in the Test Valley.
The dogs were taken from a rural location three days ago but were then subsequently returned to their owner.
They have not been injured or harmed in any way and the police believe they have been returned because they are distinctive.
