GAVIN Anthony Webb, 38, of Dene Court, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £71.50 compensation for stealing five bottles of Jack Daniel's from Saninsbury's and Waitrose.

Theo Lorenzo James Hugh Roberts, 28, of The Hexagon, Andover, was fined £80 for possession of cannabis.

Rose McShane, 29, c/o Brainerd Street, Liverpool, was given a six-month conditional discharge for behaviour likely to cause alarm or harassment in Andover.

Damien Humphrey, 45, of May Tree Road, was disqualified from driving, ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, attend an impaired driver's programme and pay fines and costs totalling £450 for driving over the legal alcohol limit and assaulting a police officer.

Andover radio boss and former club barman Keith Kapri, 59, from Hartley Witney, was jailed for three years for eight counts of fraud. 

Soldier Ceiron Hack, 22, of Choulston Close, Netheravon, was spared jailed and given a two-year sentence, suspended for two years, plus 96 hours’ unpaid work, after stabbing his mother in the hand.

James Lancaster, 73, of Brillevast, Normandy, was disqualified from driving and fined £240 for driving without a UK licence while over the legal alcohol limit.

Luke Samuel Balcer, 21, of Clarendon Avenue, was given a 22-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, and ordered to take part in a Building Better Relationships Programme for stealing a pushchair worth £1,500, handling stolen goods, contacting a woman in breach of a non-molestation order and assaulting a police officer.

Jordan James Bell, 18, of Forest Drive, Tidworth, was fined £160 for theft of clothing from T K Maxx in Salisbury and confectionary from Tidworth Service Station.

Abdul Elairch, 18, of Thornfield Road, London, was fined £80 for possession of cannabis on Winchester Road.

Thomas Anthony Jolliffe, 45, of Mylen Road, was fined £200 for possession of cannabis.

Emily Rose Bunn-Edon, 20, of Camelot Close, was fined £110 for possession of mephedrone and ketamine.

Lisa Robinson, 34, Kings Chase, was ordered to pay £169.84 compensation for stealing three bottles of port, eight bottles of wine and nine bottles of perfume.

Nigel Richard Evans, 19, of Florence Court, was disqualified from driving and ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work in the community for driving without insurance and possession of a knife.

Kamil Kaplonski and Magdalena Kaplonska, both 31, of Weavers Close, were fined £170 each for stealing electrical items, cosmetics and children's clothing. 

Tyler Burgin, 19, of Gardners Close, Winchester, was ordered to pay £250 compensation for assaulting a police officer and criminal damage.

Katherine Melvina Carrington, 50, of Nap Close, was fined £160 for disorderly behaviour and possession of cannabis.

Nathan Allen, 22, of Sun Street, Biggleswade, was conditionally discharged and ordered to pay £620 costs for abusive behaviour.

Jake Ryan West, 20, of The Drove, was fined £305 for assaulting a man on Bridge Street.

Luke Andrew Bulpitt, 23, of Picket Twenty Way, was given 40 hours' unpaid work and disqualified from driving for taking a vehicle without consent while being more than double the legal alcohol limit.
