POLICE have released an image of the man who indecently assaulted a teenage girl in Test Valley.
Officers say he inappropriately touched the 15-year-old over her clothes on Botley Road in Romsey on January 29.
She was walking in the direction of Romsey Rapids at about 2.45pm when he came up behind her and touched her.
Hampshire Constabulary have released an e-fit of the man, who is described as white, 5ft 9ins tall and in his thirties.
He had blonde hair and was of broad build, and was wearing a grey gillet jacket, blue jeans and white ear-phones.
Police say patrols in the area have been increased but that they do not believe it is linked to a recent spate of similar assaults in Southampton.
PC Victoria Dennett said: “This incident happened during daylight hours whilst a teenager was on her way to a leisure centre."We suspect other people were around at this time and therefore I am appealing directly to them to make contact with us.
