AN Andover man has be ordered to pay £50 costs after breaching a community order imposed last year.
Thomas Lee Timmins, of Vespasian Road, admitted breaching the order requiring him to attend regular appointments with a responsible officer and to complete 40 hours of unpaid work in the community when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court recently.
The 27-year-old was made the subject of the order when he was convicted of assaulting a man during an incident in Andover and damaging a fence panel.
Although the original order was revoked it was deemed that the breach had been dealt with for the original offences and Timmins was ordered to pay £50 costs.
