A MAN has appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court charged with after carrying out a spate of burglaries across North Hampshire.
Stephen Kenenth Payne, 57, of no fixed abode, appeared in front of magistrates on April 20 facing charges of burglary in connection with incidents across North Hampshire and Berkshire between March 23 and April 11.
Payne is due to appear in Winchester Crown Court on May 20 when he will enter a plea and has been remanded in custody until that date.
