A LORRY driver has been disqualified from driving and fined £120 after being involved in a three-vehicle collision at Picket Twenty while over the drug-drive limit.
Martin Hardy, of Curly Bridge Close, Farnborough, pleaded guilty to driving his Renault Magnum lorry under the influence of the drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol - the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis - when he was involved in the crash on the A3093 on March 2.
A Hyundai i20 and a Ford Transit Van were also involved in the collision with two occupants of the Hyundai sustaining serious injuries.
Magistrates disqualified Hardy from from driving for 12 months and fined him £120.
He was also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £25 Crown Prosecution costs.
