HUNDREDS of tenants across Test Valley could face potential eviction if proposals banning small bedrooms are adopted.
A group of landlords in Andover are urging people to oppose plans in the “Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) and residential property licensing reforms” consultation paper which seeks to introduce a minimum size for rooms rented in shared houses.
