SIX fire crews from across the region are currently tackling a farmyard blaze in Over Wallop.
The fire service were called to a farm and scrapyard in Salisbury Lane at 6.45am today.
30 firefighters are currently on scene, including two crews from Andover, as well as crews from Whitchurch, Sutton Scotney and another from Basingstoke.
One crew from Dorset and Wiltshire are currently on the scene.
Crews are attempting to tackle the blaze using a high pressure lance and foam.
A spokesperson from Hampshire Fire and Rescue said the service will be launching an investigation.
Meanwhile police have confirmed they closed off Salisbury Lane at both ends throughout the morning.
The road is expected to re-open this afternoon.
