ANDOVER is set to experience freezing conditions this week as temperatures plunge.
The Met Office says the mercury will drop to 2C in Andover tonight, with 'feels like' temperatures of -3C.
And it is set to plunge even further as temperatures drop to freezing and feel like -5C on tomorrow night.
Saturday will start just as cold with a maximum temperature of 3C with a 'feels like' temperature of -1C in the afternoon but will drop to 2C thoughout the night and feel like -3C.
Sunday afternoon will warm up to around 5C yet feel like 0C.
The Met Office regional forecast for London and the South East from Saturday to Monday says: "Remaining cold and often cloudy with scattered wintry showers at times and becoming windier.
"Less cold conditions may arrive Monday with perhaps a little rain."
