TWO Andover builders have received a boost to their budding business.

Luke Heaver and Chris Horne, who run Horne and Heaver Home Renovation, offer their clients building services including bathrooms, kitchens, patios and plumbing and now, after six months of trading, the pair have received £750 under Test Valley Borough Council’s (TVBC) £750 Business Incentive Grant.

St Mary’s ward member, Councillor John Cockaday, presented the pair with the cash at TVBC's Beech Hurst office.

He said: “Luke and Chris are very talented and can carry out a wide range of jobs. They provide the full service, either using their own skills or by calling on partner tradesmen such as electricians and gas workers. Their professionalism comes across in their work and I’d like to wish them the best of luck in this new chapter.”

The Council’s Business Incentive Grants are available to anyone looking to set up their own business in Test Valley.

Anyone who successfully applies for the grant will receive a grant of £750 if their business is still going strong six months later.
