A NEW optical store has opened at a supermarket in Andover and MP Kit Malthouse was on hand to help cut the ribbon.
Vision Express launched its new premises in the Tesco store, in River Way, on May 25 to offer the service to the town’s growing community in a convenient location.
Guest of honour Mr Malthouse joined the team’s optical experts to encourage the community to have regular eye tests and was able to see the new sophisticated sight screening equipment.
Store manager Jane Cook said: “The team here is delighted that we have rebranded, and we love the changes we're implementing in the way we work and what we can offer to customers.
“We had a fantastic day celebrating the opening and it’s great that Vision Express is now in such a convenient location for local residents to drop in. Our store offers something for everyone, at all budgets and we’re looking forward to delivering a personal and thorough vision care service, to both new and existing customers.”
