AN ANDOVER eatery has invented a novel way to celebrate The World Cup.

Chefs at Mumbai Brasserie in High Street let their creative juices flow with the invention of a brand new dish to give football fans taste buds a treat.

Restaurant owner Tito Fernandes said: “We wanted to get behind England with an explosive taste that we hope will reflect the team’s performance on the pitch. Our World Cup Sizzler is a ‘must try’, hearty and hot, spicy meal for anyone who loves the national game but hasn’t managed to make it to Russia.

“This dish is a unique, one-off creation that has been perfected with real passion. If you are a football fan, we heartily recommend it.”

The hot new dish, a Tandoori Grilled Khazana they have aptly named The World Cup Sizzler, is a feast of specially selected fresh ingredients – all chosen to give diners a flavour of the excitement in Russia.

The World Cup Sizzler is cheering on the national team with mint and mango grilled lamb chops, grilled Haryali and Malaya chicken, chargrilled garlic king prawns, chicken tikka and shahi sheekh kebabs – served with fried onions and peppers.
