RESIDENTS and businesses are being called on to give feedback on what they want to see focused on in the borough over the next four years.

Test Valley Borough Council is about to begin its consultation on what are the local priorities for its new Corporate Plan for 2019 to 2023.

Councillors and staff will be attending an array of community events throughout the summer to speak to the public, including Andover Carnival and the Four Fun Fridays events.

An online survey will also go live on its website on June 18.

Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, Councillor Phil North, said: “We are keen for residents to tell us what they would like the council to focus on so we can ensure that Test Valley continues to be a great place for people to live, work and visit.

“If you see us at a local community event then please come and have a chat with us. Residents will also be able to give us their feedback through the online survey, so there will be plenty of opportunities for people to have their say.”

The consultation will run from Monday, June 18, until Sunday, September 16.

The council will consider the feedback from residents alongside statistical information, existing strategies and government policy to determine its aims.
