Youngsters meet up with their big city namesakes
8:30am Tuesday 27th March 2012 in Andover
THEY share a name – but how different is life for pupils in Andover and east London?
That was what children from Portway Junior School discovered when they visited their namesake school in the city.
Representatives of the school council travelled to Portway Primary School, Plaistow, in the borough of Newham.
Links were made between the two schools last year after they discovered they shared a name, and there have been several exchanges of staff and pupils since.
