VARIETY acts will take to the stage this weekend to help raise cash for charities being supported by the borough’s Mayor.
The Basingstoke Variety Show will take place at The Anvil on Saturday, October 4, in aid of the Mayor’s Charity Appeal.
Acts taking part will include JG Dance, Basingstoke Ladies Choir, Pork Chop Pictures, schools from Basing-stoke and Deane, Basingstoke Gang Show and Salsa Basingstoke.
Mayor Councillor Roger Gardiner said: “The Basingstoke Variety Show line up is bursting with talent, and it is set to be an outstanding night.
“I hope that people will get tickets and come along to support not only everyone taking part but also my chosen charities – Basingstoke Young Carers, Basingstoke Dial-a-Ride and The Basingstoke Charities.”
